Built in 2014, Moreland Crossing is a 68-unit apartment community located in Southeast Portland’s sought after Sellwood - Moreland neighborhood, in close proximity to the Tacoma/Johnson Creek MAX station and the Sellwood - Moreland retail corridor.

The project architect was BAMA Architects and the contractor was Urban Evolution Development.
